Past Festivals
The NSW Writers’ Centre presents three festivals for writers throughout the year – each a celebration of writing that brings together emerging and established writers for an inspirational day of panels, discussions, workshops, readings, book signings and networking.
Held in Sydney at our home in Garry Owen House, there are always book sales, gourmet food and coffee, plenty of free parking and you are welcome to join us on the veranda at the end of the day for a complimentary post-festival drink. NSW Writers’ Centre members also receive a generous discount on festival bookings.
Past festivals have included Aboriginal writers, children and young adults writing, Emerging Writers Festival roadshow, history writing and Speculative Fiction
