The NSW Writers’ Centre can send an email to approximately 5000 members promoting your service or event. We have one email per week available for booking on a Wednesday. Email advertisements can often be booked up weeks in advance so we recommend contacting the Centre early. Call 9555 9757 or email the editor to make a booking.
Cost and Requirements
The cost of email ads is a $400 flat rate. Payment is required in order to make your booking.
Text and images are required at least ten days in advance of the scheduled broadcast date. Late submission of materials will be regarded as a cancellation of your advertisement. Please see our cancellation policy below.
Please note you will need to be available on the Tuesday before your ad is scheduled for broadcast to approve our formatting. This can be done via phone or email.
There is a limit of 1500 words for email broadcasts and a maximum of five images. You must provide your text as a word document with your images as separate jpg files.
The Centre will only send one advertisement per individual/organisation per month. Materials should be emailed to the e-news and e-ad editor.
Your purchase of an email advertisement is non-refundable. In the event that you should wish to withdraw your booking, you must inform the NSW Writers’ Centre at least fourteen days in advance of the broadcast date to receive a full credit. Withdrawals up to seven days prior to broadcast date will be eligible for a 50% credit.
